SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When will my order ship?
Once your order hits our system, it goes straight into production, no waiting in the green room. Most orders roll out within 1–3 business days, and you’ll get an email the moment your package leaves the studio.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking link is your personal behind-the-scenes pass. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a link so you can follow its journey scene by scene.
Can I update, change, or cancel my order?
Need a plot twist? Tell us right away. If the order hasn’t left the set yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! This is a world-wide premiere (Additional shipping costs may apply).
Will there be any tariffs on my order?
No surprise plot twists here —we don’t charge any tariffs on our end.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it. If something doesn’t feel like the right fit for your storyline, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed,tags attached and in original condition.
What should I do if I missed the return window?
Missed the cut? Reach out to us anyway. While we can’t always accept late returns, we’ll review your situation and see if we can make a one-time exception.
PRODUCT AND SIZING
How do I know what size to order?
Every great story starts with the right fit. Check out our size guide on each product page, it’s your backstage cheat sheet. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up as every pair of our denim has a built in elastic in the waistband.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Simple answer - yes. Every bottom features a fully adjustable elastic, so you can set the fit exactly how you like it. It’s basically wardrobe magic: your own personal costume department making sure every scene fits just right.
Are your products ethically made?
Absolutely. Behind the scenes, we work with responsible, ethical manufacturing partners, no shady plot lines.
When will I get my order?
Our pieces are designed to grow and move with you, so a bit of stretch is built in to make the perfect cotton/poly blend. Think wardrobe department… but made for the perfect performance every day.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Treat it like a delicate scene: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash to keep colors and fabrics looking award-winning. Skip the harsh detergents — we want your piece to stay a star, not a stunt double.
That said, we know real life isn’t always a perfect set. If you need to wash on higher heat or dry quickly, just make sure the elastic stays attached. We recommend air drying whenever possible, but if you need to use heat, consider sizing up. Don’t worry — each bottom has fully adjustable elastic, so fit should never be an issue.
